Shipping & Return Policy

At Wicked Minds Apparel LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns.

 

1. Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA.

Note that there are restrictions on some products,

and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates

for you based on the availability of your items and the

shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose,

shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please allow an additional few business days for your order to be produced and packed.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Final sale, clearance, or custom items are not eligible for return.
 
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@wickedmindsapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.
 
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If we sent the wrong or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
 
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
